Work
As a high-pressure cleaner you will perform cleaning work with a high-pressure sprayer. You work with a water jet with more than 250 bar.
You pierce, beat and spray away dirt on installations, tanks and machines. The work takes place at, for example, factory sites, refineries, waste processing plants and production sites, mainly in the Rotterdam Rijnmond region. Besides high-pressure spraying, you will also perform other cleaning activities.
You work mostly on stops. One week you work at a factory and the next week you can work at a refinery. That way you get somewhere.
The industry is always on the move, work goes on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is therefore important that you are flexible when it comes to activities, working hours and work locations.

Working hours
As a high-pressure sprayer you work full-time in daytime, nighttime and weekend shifts. Within the industry we work 24-7, it is necessary that you are flexible in terms of working hours.
What can QPS Works offer you?
- A salary that starts at approximately € 15,64 for starters. On Saturdays you get 150% allowance (€ 23,46 per hour) and on Saturdays after 8 p.m. and Sundays you even get 200% allowance (€ 31,28 per hour) That's some nice earning!
- Are you already in possession of breathing air and high-pressure operator certificates? Then the salary is € 16,43 gross per hour.
- The chance to start in the industry and to follow training and obtain certificates (such as respiratory protection, high-pressure sprayer or operator), because we like to invest in your talent and future.
- Chance of a permanent contract if you prove yourself at this client.
- Don't have a car? Then you may be able to make use of our car scheme. We will gladly tell you more about the conditions.

What do you bring?
- Experience as a high-pressure cleaner is a plus, but not required. We find it more important that you are enthusiastic and reliable!
- You master the Dutch or English language in word and writing.
- You take your work and the safety rules seriously.
- You have a VCA certificate or you are willing to obtain one through QPS Works.
- A B driver's license is preferred so you can get to work independently.
- You are willing to work as an employee for QPS Works, as we do not have self-employed ZZP opportunities.
- You are available full-time, including nights and weekends. Working long hours is not a problem for you.
