From fresh bread to delicious sandwiches. At the location where you will be working, they make it all. As a working foreman, you are the point of contact for colleagues working in cleaning. Tasks
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that all crates, baking trays, etc. are clean again - so that your colleagues in the bakery can quickly bake a new batch of delicious products. You are also the contact person for customers and colleagues at this location.
You manage a small team of 5-6 employees. Any questions? You have an answer to everything. Any problems? You solve them. You monitor, record, motivate and stimulate. You see exactly what is needed. Thanks to you, everything runs like clockwork. You also actively help with cleaning. You work with a scrubbing/suction machine. You will vacuum and perform dry and wet cleaning tasks.
Working days and times
- One week you will work Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm and the other week Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 3pm.
- Every 2 weeks there is a final cleaning so if you can work on Saturdays (2x per period) that is a plus.
- What does QPS Works have to offer you?
- Full-time job for a longer period if you know how to make yourself indispensable for this company.
- A salary of EUR 16.34 - 18.04 gross per hour. A 150% allowance applies on Saturdays and Sundays.
- A job with variety and a lot of responsibility.
- Weekly or every 4 weeks payment of your salary, the choice is yours.
What do you bring?
- You can work on the indicated days and times, full-time.
- You can come to Zevenbergen yourself and you live at a maximum distance of 20 km.
- You are not afraid of heights and are willing to obtain an aerial platform certificate in due course.
- You have experience in cleaning work, you can work independently and you have good leadership skills.
- You have good communication skills, you can communicate pleasantly and clearly in Dutch or English.
