For a beautiful and large cleaning company, we are looking for an assistant foreman/foreman for an animal feed factory in Heijen.
Within this varied job, you and your team will be responsible for hygiene in the factory, working mainly with hoovers and squeegees. You also ensure a good distribution of work and always know how to make and keep your team enthusiastic and driven.
You are the link that ensures good communication between employees, customers and managers.

Tasks
- Managing the cleaning team and distributing tasks.
- Ensuring good communication with both the team and clients and supervisors.
- Taking an active part in the cleaning tasks yourself.
- Ensuring a safe workplace by complying with safety regulations.
- Monitoring work quality and adhering to set standards and procedures.
- Wearing mandatory safety equipment such as earplugs, mouth mask and bump cap.
Working days and times
Monday to Friday 06.00 - 15.00.

- You have experience in cleaning work, you can work independently and you have good leadership skills and experience.
- You have good communication skills, you can communicate pleasantly and clearly in Dutch or English.
- You have a solution-oriented and flexible attitude.
